At BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L, we work with international suppliers and aim to provide high-quality products. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our refund policy ensures a straightforward process.

Refund Conditions:

Agricultural Raw Materials: Due to the nature of these products, we only offer refunds if the items are damaged during shipping or if there was an error in processing your order.
Textile Raw Materials: Returns or refunds can be processed if the products are defective or incorrect.
Semi-finished Products: Refunds are issued if the items are damaged upon arrival or incorrect.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
